fun things to do with stickers
These stickers were originally made for a stand at the Woonbeurs (furniture expo), but I figured they could be fun projects for someone's interior or kid's room. I won't go into the details of how to make such a sticker as the "Fablab rules sticker" Fabmoment already does an excellent job of this.
We plotted outlines of the various projects of this design studio and placed them on imaginary shelves. The real objects are each resting on two sticks.
Sticker picture frames - these have a lot of baroque twirls that made the surrounding extra material almost impossible to peel with a normal tweezer. I resorted to using a thick needle and this worked quite well.
The chair with the cat is also a sticker - but made from a felt sticker material. This stuff is pretty thick so you have to adjust the pressure of the plotter accordingly - and maybe adjust the cutting blade to stick out further than it usually does. The cuts in this material are near invisible so it's no such a bad thing if the blade cuts a little into the backing paper - that way you can see you're supposed to be peeling!
